⭐ 英文重點：

1.  If this life is one act
   Act 當名詞時有法案、法條、作為、幕、舉動的意思，
   動詞時有扮演、表演、動、演習...等的意思。
   在這裡因為想要比喻人生如一場戲，所以直譯的話即是如果這一生是一齣劇。
   
   
   在《少年Pi的奇幻交流》也有life跟act同時出現使用的句子：
    " All of life is an act of letting go, but what hurts the most is not taking a moment to say goodbye."
   「人生就是不斷地放下，然而最讓人痛心的是，沒來得及說再見。」
   不過這裡的act 是指一個作為、行為的意思，也就是人生就是一個不斷放下的行為，指人生要放下往前走。

       兩者都是表達擔心，但看想表達的時機跟狀況。
       (a.) I worry about you. 是表示總是在擔心你，不是僅某一刻或當下，而是一個常態。

               - It is really a worrying news.
               -   例如：What's wrong with al the worrying? 這些擔心是怎麼一回事？
   
   
4. Living in the moment
   Live in the moment 即是是活在當下(珍惜當下!)
   也常見 live in the present.
   
   
   而live for the moment  則是專注且享受當下的快樂，不在乎接下來會面對的後果。
   
   
   兩者有意味上的不同。
   
   
5. I'm letting myself off the hook for things I've done
   Off the hook- Hook 是鉤子的意思，off the hook即為放掉鉤子
   表達的意思可以有以下幾種：
   
   
   (1) 解脫、放開 (某事、義務、困境或責任)
       就如本句歌詞，放開以前所做的事。
   
   
   (2) 很新潮
         例如：Their design is really off the hook! 他們的設計真的很新潮!
   
   
   (3) 電話沒掛好
       hook有勾住(v.)、鉤子(n.)的意思，因此如果我們說I am going to leave the phone off the hook，單純指不要讓電話機被"勾住" (掛上)的意思，就是不讓別人打給你啦。
         例如：I know he will call me in the five minutes, so I am going to leave the phone off the hook.
                  我知道5分鐘之後他會打來，所以電話機我不要掛好(讓他打不進來)。
   
   
   (4) 表示非常忙碌
         跟上一個有差不多的意思，如果非常忙碌電話響不停，就一直需接起來(沒有掛好，不在hook上)，因此可以形容非常忙碌的狀態。
         例如：I had a really busy day. My office phone rang off the hook all day.
                    我有個忙碌的一天，我辦公室的電話整天響個不同停。

7. Just taking it easy
   Take 有拿走、帶走、接受、理解、思考...等的意思。
   "Take it easy"是很常見的慣用語，放輕鬆的意思，Take it hard則是看得嚴重，例如：Don't take it so hard! 別看得那麼嚴重！
