⭐ 英文重點：
1. You can be the outcast
- outcast 是指受(社會)排斥、排擠的人、流浪者
cast有（一部電影、戲劇或演出的）全體演員的意思(源自Cambridge劍橋字典)，因此outcast 可以想像是從這整個cast (團體)中被踢出出去。
- 多年前有一部湯姆漢克演的電影「浩劫重生」英文片名是 Cast Away。而castaway連在一起，是指因沉船後）逃生到孤島（或荒僻之地）的人，衍伸至今表示被拋棄的人。
2. be the backlash of somebody's lack of love
Lack 是缺少、缺乏的意思，與of 連用，lack of sth. 缺乏某物
例如：
Lack of sleep leads to poor health. 缺少睡眠導致不健康。
Her only problem is that she lacks of confidence. 她唯一的問題就是缺少自信。
3. You can start speaking up
- Speak 是說的意思，Speak up 則是用比較大聲的音量，以讓對方聽到，就是指：提高嗓門說出來。
也可指勇敢說出一件事。
例如：It is time to speak up for our people. 是該位人民發聲的時候了。
- 而另一個常常容易被混淆的是Speak out，則是公開表達自己的意見，坦率說出。
例如：If you have any objection, just speak out. 如果你有任何反對意見，請說出來。
4. Be stared down by the enemy
- Stare 是指凝視、注視某人，通常是跟介係詞at 一起用，to stare at 。
例如：It is impolite to stare at other people. 盯著人家看是不禮貌的。
- stare down/ out 是一個片語，指一直看著某人讓對方不敢直視，用震懾的方式。
stare down 為美式、stare out 為英式。
5. Stop holding your tongue
- Hold 有許多意思，有保持、保留、握住、包容、包含、持有、舉行、等待...等意思
Hold 片語也有非~常多，常見有以下舉例:
(1) Hold hands 握手
例如：It is a nice scene to see them holding hands. 看他們握著手是個美好的畫面。
(2) Hold breath 閉氣
例如：Hold your breath under the water for 1 minute. 在水中閉氣一分鐘。
(3) Hold on 等等、等待
例如：Hold on! I need to tell you something! 等等! 我需要跟你說一些事!
(4) Hold on to 保持、緊抓住
例如：He tried to hold on to the string so he would not fall. 他嘗試緊抓住繩索以拔讓自己掉落。
(5) Hold to 遵守(諾言)
例如：You should hold to your promise and come home early. 你應該遵守諾言及早回家。
(6) Hold down 壓制、保住(職位)
例如：Do you think you can hold down the budget a little bit? 你是否可以將預算壓低些？
(7) Hold back 退縮、阻止
例如：I will never hold back. 我永遠不會退縮。
(8) Hold out 懷抱希望
例如：She still holds out the hope that he would come back to her. 她仍懷抱著他會回到她身邊的希望。
(9) Hold against 把...抱住、對某人有成見
例如：He held the girl against his chest. 他把女孩幾緊抱住。
(10) Hold over 延期
例如：You should better hold over the plan till next week. 你最好把這計畫延到下禮拜。
(11) Hold off 拖延、延遲、迴避

(12) Hold you head (up) high 揚起頭(表示自信或驕傲)
例如：You should hold your head high and let them know what you can do . 你應該昂頭挺胸對自己有自信，讓他們知道你能做什麼。
(13) Hold your horses 停下來想一想
例如：Calm down and hold your horses! We can come up with another solution together. 冷靜慢下來想一想! 我們可以一起想到另一個解決方式。
(14) 這裡的hold your tongue 顧名思義就是把舌頭保留好不出動，也就是別說話的意思。
而stop holding your tongue 就是別再不說話，說出來吧！

6. Won’t do you any good
- any good 看起來式任何好處，但前面加了won't (Will not)就是不會給你帶任何好處。
同指It will do you no good.
例如：Will it bring us any good? 這可以帶來什麼好處嗎?
7. Let your word be anything but empty
Be anything but....成為任何東西...除了，
這是一個很常見也很好用的句型，此劇可以拆成兩部分解度比較好懂：Let your word be anything, but empty. 讓你的話語除了變空洞外，能成為任何事情。
另一例子：I want nothing but your love. 我除了你的愛，我什麼都不要。
